Hollywood Station, Joseph Wambaugh, 2007

Hollywood Station

Author Joseph Wambaugh;
Synopsis slices of life around the activity of a police station in Hollywood.
Publication date 01 October, 2007
Genre policier, saga

Here is a book in slices. We’re getting familiar with personnages living in a kind of underground zone where policemen have as much problems as the tweakers.

Difficult to read for a French as me because a lot of LA slang, in my opinion.

Not really my taste of book, because there is not much a link between pages, but the run of life.

Something interesting is the contrast between what we know about Hollywood and this grey zone where some people are surviving, grabbing here and there some microscopic pieces of what felt from above, the bright zone under the sun.
